About the Patron Program 

 

With the growing concern of the financial status for Lindale Masonic Lodge #848 AF&AM in Lindale, Texas, we have created The Lindale Lodge Patron Fund that will award our donors and recognize them for the efforts they have done in assisting our lodge to continue spreading brotherly love and allowing us to help our community.

 

The current per capita charged by the Grand Lodge of Texas, is currently $27.50 for each member. Until our last endowed member increase to $1000.00, the cost of endowment was only $500.00 which equaled out to 5 years of annual membership dues. As of right now, the lodge will receive the benefits of 10 years of dues up front for each endowed member but, after that 10 years is over, our lodge will still be required to pay a per capita fee of $27.50 per endowed member for the lifetime of each living endowed member. The lodge receives $72.50 per each dues paying member yearly. After 14 years, the lodge will be in the negative of $27.50 per EACH living endowed member from then on.

 

Resolution No.7 was presented to The Grand Lodge of Texas in 2021 as follows - Resolution No. 7: This resolution would amend Art. 316 by adding Endowed Members to the list of those Masons who are exempt from paying dues and their Lodges to be exempt from paying per capita to the Grand Lodge.  This resolution was immediately tabled to be voted on in another Grand Lodge session and will not benefit any Texas lodge for years to come if ever.

Silver Patron $500.00 donation

 You will be presented with a Masonic tie and certificate in a stated meeting or at the Lindale Lodge 848 awards ceremony and a nameplate recognizing you as a Silver Patron will be attached to a plaque inside the lodge.

Gold Patron $1000.00 donation

 You will be presented with an autographed Knife Box kit from the current Grand Master of Texas or Past Grand Master of your choice from 2014 to present if available and certificate in a stated meeting or at the Lindale Lodge 848 awards ceremony and a nameplate recognizing you as a Gold Patron will be attached to a plaque inside the lodge.

Platinum Patron $2500.00 donation

You will be presented with a Platinum style masonic wristwatch in a stated meeting or at the Lindale Lodge 848 awards ceremony and nameplate recognizing you as a Platinum Patron will be attached to a plaque inside the lodge.

Diamond Patron $5000.00 donation

You will be presented with a decorative masonic apron with a personal embroidered apron case and certificate in a stated meeting or at the Lindale Lodge 848 awards ceremony and nameplate recognizing you as a Diamond Patron will be attached to a plaque inside the lodge.
